Classification and evaluation on agricultural land assessed and quantified the quality of agricultural land from different perspectives, and the relationship between them is interrelated and complementary and calibrated one another. Cell-class index and the land-value of sample point are not usually accorded in the space through analyzing the results of grading and evaluating the farmland in recent years, which resulted in the matching deflection between agricultural land's class and agricultural standard land price in the space. The disaccord between grade and price will affect the outcome of Classification and Evaluation on agricultural land to further apply. It is necessary to find the Causes and Solutions of the disaccord between grade and price. For this, taking Wanquan County as an example, the thesis carried through in-depth analysis and discussion.First of all, the thesis points out the research objects: cell-class index, farmland's grade, unit-point price, standard land price, and gives the concepts of classification and evaluation associated with the research objects. Then the whole process on grading and evaluating were researched in detail .use the method of factors to grade the farmland. The main works are as follows: present the work program, plot out classification units, choose grading factors and decide factors proportion, quantify factors, create mark map, calculate grading index, confirm grade. Use the method of income and deoxidizing to evaluate the agricultural land. The main works are as follows: present the work program, clear up the datum of evaluation, calculate the gross income and the whole expense and the net income of the sample point, make certain deoxidize interest rate, and calculate land-value of sample point and standard land price. The thesis had a detailed study on each step of the classification and valuation of the county.The thesis analyzed the matching deflection between agricultural land's grade and land price in the space in two ways on the basis of the results of the classification and valuation in Wanquan County: the matching deflection on cell-class index and land-value of sample point, land grade and standard land price. Looking for relations and disciplinarians, and finding the reasons and solutions of the problem are the generally idea of the thesis.The analysis about the fitting skew angle between cell-class index and land-value of sample point is as follows: the relativity of the two was analyzed by the statistical analysis software SPSS, concluding weak interrelation; the spatial characteristics of the two in typical profile of the county were analyzed by land statistical software GIS+ to observe the distributing disciplinarian in space; the curve fitting was done by scientific calculation software MATLAB, get two curve fitting functions. One is about cell-class index and standard grain, the other is land-value of sample point and standard grain. Then seek differential coefficient functions of the two curve fitting functions, regard the results as slope functions. Bring them into the secant formula of the difference between two angles and will get the instantaneous fittingly skew angle, then analyze their distributing disciplinarian and causes.The analysis about the fitting skew angle between land grade and standard land price is as follows: the relativity of the two was analyzed by the statistical analysis software SPSS, concluding strong interrelation and the reasons were given, too; the fitting beeline was done between the land grade and standard land price by EXCEL, and qualitative analysis was given about fitting skew angle and the causes according to different land.Finally the thesis presents the solutions of the fitting skew angle between land grade and land price: amend the formula of farmland's net return from region factors and traffic condition and get the new land-value formula, and test it in the end.Through the fitting skew angle analysis between land grade and land price, the thesis get the skew angle's distributing disciplinarian and reasons. In order to perfect the theory and method system of classification and Evaluation on agricultural land, enrich and develop the results of classification and evaluation on agricultural land, the thesis research and discuss the fitting skew angle.
