A Reseach On The Strategies Of Third-party Logistics In Suzhou Post Development

This thesis wants to discuss the development of the third party logistic for Suzhou post service. Based on the definition of third-party logistics, the global and domestic situation for the development of third-party logistics, we are focus on the postal system to third-party logistics of Suzhou. We describes the logistics industry in Suzhou firstly, then give the SWOT analysis for Suzhou post service's third party logistic, at last we postpone the development strategies for Suzhou post service related to the upper SWOT analysis.
