Suzhou postal finance transformation of sales outlets since 2012 by like a raging fire to carry out the exploration and practice in the last six years.We recognize that based on continuous input network construction funds,optimize the upper management approach,performance can truly mobilize all employees to devote themselves to production enthusiasm.Therefore,in order to further deepen the reform of salary distribution system,and constantly improve the network performance appraisal system,to adapt to the financial restructuring and development requirements,implementation of Suzhou postal financial services in the new normal under the better development,in accordance with the principles and ideas of employees "income and enterprise benefit is matched,salary level and social labor price gradually matched,personal income and post with positive correlation,related work,personal income and financial transition performance priority and equity ",all optimization methods of key position of performance management financial outlets.This paper mainly adopts the case study method,first of all is the in-depth study of the performance management method of Suzhou postal A financial network.Meanwhile,it puts forward the problems existing in the A financial outlets performance method,and analyzes and finds the causes.Then,combined with the actual situation of network staffing and business objectives,the paper mainly puts forward the optimization method of performance management for the three key posts,including network leader,network customer manager and network teller.After the optimization of performance measures,the piece of integral system and comprehensive evaluation of the combination of both to vigorously promote the moment in Suzhou postal financial outlets transformation of sales,also in line with the Suzhou financial services agency outlets at present strategic development needs,can fall in the promotion of the implementation of strategic objectives,leading enterprises continue to implement and outlets in accordance with the strategy continuous improvement,and ultimately enhance the network capacity.
