Perfection Of The Household Contract Responsibility System

The household contract responsibility system is the basis for the right of operation of land, it's the anchor of peasant life and spirit. The household contract responsibility system was created by peasants and also was a product of the respection of creation of peasants and of the main body position of farmers by the government. With our country's accession to the World Trade Organization and economic globalization, the leg up on the competition is descending and one by one, the existing problems of household contract responsibility system rise. So it becomes more and more important to perfect and develop the system and we took it as the premise to solve the problems facing china's agriculture, rural areas and farmers and to coordinate the development between cities and the countryside. The thesis is divided into six parts. First of all, the thesis introduces the background, the significance, study method and the fundamental train of thought of this text research, introduces the whole frame and the main content. Then the thesis carried on review and comparison to foreign current situation. In the review, I mainly introduced some irregularities existing in land contract system for management power, protection mechanism needing to be carried out and some main current thoughts to perfect the land contract system for management power. By studying the current situation home and abroad, I mainly introduced domestic and foreign different methods of exploitation agricultural land. Following, the thesis states the connotation, way, characters and the current situation of contract management system of rural land in our country. Then, the thesis emphasizes to analyze the irregularities existing on the law, management etc., of the current contract management system of rural land. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, protection mechanism for perfecting the current contract management system of rural land is raised.
