Public Finance Support Healthy Livestock Farming Policy Research

Development of healthy livestock farming which is one of the inevitable choice for China's development of animal husbandry is of epoch-making significance. How to support the healthy livestock farming are the part of the government and the academic issues of common concern. As China's economic development, improvement of living standards and food safety awareness among residents continued to strengthen, how to assure the safety of eating poultry products become the topic of discussion. In this paper, I analyses systematically the status and problems of the development of China's livestock and poultry breeding. To green security for the people of the strong demand for livestock products, a healthy development of livestock and poultry farming is a way out. By analyzing how to develop healthy livestock farming, I know that it cannot develop without the support of public finances. Through survey data, depending on economic models analyze what factors affect farmer adoption of healthy farming industry develop aquaculture and health culture. The implementation process of the need should pay attention to some specific sectors and public financial support that priority should give a part of the development. At the same time, specific financial support to healthy livestock farming should support what kind of areas and what kind of scale. I analyze what factors will affect the financial support to healthy livestock farming effect and how to do and how to ensure the healthy livestock farming. Through systematic exposition, it state briefly on public financial support for health breeding. It brings up government decision-making policy recommendations.
