Study On Land Use Patterns Based On Rural Sustainable Development

Land is a basic for human survival and development, it also is a prerequisites for sustainable development of socio-economic.Since view of a series of questions which our country general countryside area extension's land utilization pattern has created, it has become urgent needs to study new patterns which will take the theory of rural sustainable development as a guide. This article takes the Dingcheng District of Changde as the study region, from the multi-analysis constructed the land utilization pattern which requests for the countryside sustainable development, so as to provide some individual reference to enhance the countryside sustainable development ability and optimizes the countryside land utilization pattern .The article at first analyzes the requirements of rural sustainable development to the land utilization from five influencing factors: the population sustainable development, the resources sustainable use, the environment sustainable protection, the economical sustainable development and urban and rural overall plan development sustainably. With the above request, the article from the status of the land use of Dingcheng District in accordance with the requirements of rural sustainable development, respectively uses population carrying capacity analysis, the ecological footprint, ecological security evaluation, Green GDP and integration analysis of urban and rural to make out the problems of land use in Dingcheng District. Through analysising the entire district land utilization, discovered some problems: the resources use is not sustainable, the ecological environment question is serious , each kind of land exists contradiction and so on .By using cluster analysis which takes sustainable development request as indicator system on the various townships, divides various villages and towns in the entire district into three kinds of region which have the same land utilization characteristic and exist similar problem, respectively is the industrial development region, the agricultural developed region and the ecological protection region. And then the article has builded some land-use patterns which meet the requirements of rural sustainable development of Dingcheng District. They are land-use patterns of industrial park land comprehensive efficiency,land-use patterns of agricultural comprehensive development and land-use patterns of ecological protection.
