Beilun District Land Resource Balance Sheet Preparation And Land Sustainable Use Research

In the eastern part of China's Zhejiang province,Beilun Distict is an important industrial gatheringarea close to the port,which is also a demonstration area of ecological civilization.The area is rich in a variety of natural resources,but there is still a shortage of statistics on the‘home base'of natural resources.The preparation of the land resource balance sheet and the study of the sustainable utilization of land resource are not carried out in this area.In this paper,taking the example of Beilun Distict in Ningbo city,while exploring the balance sheet of land resource,a variety of measurement models are used to analyze the overall pattern and change of land resource in this area.On the basis of this,the analysis of spatial and temporal evolution of cultivated land resource,which has strong natural property,big ecological effect and quick change,can be conducted.At the same time,the population capacity and the ecologicalcapacity of cultivated land are investigated,and the sustainability of cultivated land resource can be judged.This study can realize the sustainable utilization of land resources and providetheoretical basis and decision-making support.The results of the study show that:(1)In recent years,Beilun Distict has formed the overall pattern of land resources,which is dominated by forest(about 33.5%),urban-village-mining land(about 24.1%)and cultivated land(about 17.8%),multiple categories of land resources jointly developed.(2)The cultivated land,an impotant role of the leading elements of land resources in Beilun Distict,owning the highest transition probability(about6.45%)and the biggest transferred area(about 733.1 hm~2),has been occupied by urban land(about 504.7 hm~2)obviously.(3)The number of the cultivated land has been reduced year by year from2012 to 2016 in Beilun Distict,but the reduction in the amount of the cultivated land has become smaller and smaller.In 2012 and 2016 years,the cultivated land in the areaare the overall characteristics of uneven spatial distribution and regional differences,and the amount of the cultivated land in the streets is from large to small:Baifeng,Chaiqiao,Chunxiao,Xiaogang,Daqi,Meishan,Xiapu,Xinqi,Daxie and Qijia-shan.(4)The degree of decrease in quantity of the cultivated land in the streets from 2012 to 2016 in Beilun Distict has remarkable spatial heterogeneity,and the degree of decrease in quantity of the cultivated land in Daqi is extremely severe.It is less severe in Meishan,relatively general in Daxie,Chaiqiao,Chunxiao and Xiaogang,not significant in Qijia-shan,Xinqi,Xiapuand Baifeng.(5)The index of population bearing capacity is higher than 1.5 from 2012 to2016 in Beilun Distict.The relation between human and grain is the seriousoverload level,and the area's population pressure of cultivated land resource is huge.The population overload is serious,and the local food self-sufficiency is difficult to meet the growing population demand.(6)The balance between supply and demand of the cultivated land resourcehas been broken from 2012 to 2016 in Beilun Distict,and the difference between the supply and demand of the cultivated land resource is negative(between-33780.5 hm~2 and-28413.0 hm~2),and the relationship between the supply and demand of the cultivated land resource is the ecological deficit.And the ecological deficit is generally increased.(7)The ecological pressure of the cultivated land has increased year by year and the growth rate has been increased year by year from 2012 to 2016 in Beilun Distict,which is of moderate pressure level(2<EP<3),and the protection situation of the cultivated land is very serious.(8)The sustainable utilization index of the cultivated land is between 0.20and 0.35 from 2012 to 2016 in Beilun Distict,and the sustainable utilization of the cultivated land is moderate unsustainable.The actual area of the cultivated land which can be provided has a large gap,and the cultivated land resource is not sustainable remarkably.
