Research On The Sustainable Development Evaluation Of Rural Road Taking Up Land

The development of China's rural road has undergone the course from few,universal,accessible to many, gradually improve, by the emphasis on smooth, safe. After 2003, the central raised the "three rural" issue, followed by the Ministry of Communications put forward a slogan to "reconciliation of rural roads, so that peasant embark on asphalt and cement road". The rapid development of Rural road will require mass of land resources. In the following 5 years, the construction of rural road will take up more than 800 Mu of land, and by 2020 to ensure that 18 million Mu of arable land is the strategic objective which is set by the central Department of Homeland. In this view, the author evaluated the sustainable development of using land of China's rural road construction.Firstly,based on the data of rural roads of 2005 and 2007, the author analysesed the present situation of rural road construction of our country, and summed up the functions, characteristics of rural road, and the main problems of using land. Secondly, on the base of the connotation of land using sustainable development, combined with the basic characteristics of the rural road, the author put forward the connotation of sustainable development of using land of road construction, and analysesed the factors that affecting land using. Forthly, based on the target of sustainable development of rural road, totally analyse the factors that effect the sustainable development, at the same time, consider the function, feature and the commom characteristic, from the point of the benefit for rural economy and society taken by the rural road, with the direction of the construction principles of evaluation index system of the sustainable development of rural road , combine with present research situation and existing research results, the author try to put forward the evaluation index system frame of sustainable development of using land of rural road construction, and against the background of rural road construction this paper have a Measurement Analysis to every indicator. Finally, the writer evaluated the evaluation index system of China's rural road construction with set pair analysis model this is help for verifing the validity of the evaluation system.
