The sincere society is established and information step accelerated in our country. However, tourism electronic commerce was blocked by lots of social good faith problems. The paper is emphasized on the mode of tourism electronic commerce which is fit for our country.In order to learn the credit content, the credit value of tourism and tourism company credibility was established using logic analysis. The credit value of tourism included that tourism information collection, journey mode, traffic mode and feedback and evaluation. Tourism company credibility was composed of product novelty, product quality, propaganda, public praise, staff diathesis, serving level, management ability, establishment, promotion means, consumption level, satisfaction content, company history, company honor, size and capital. Data was collected by questionnaire, and the effect of people character, people density, family lifecycle, action character on the market faith was evaluated by several methods, such as correlative analysis, factors analysis and decision-making tree analysis. The main factors made by company were also studied. All above supply the tourism electronic commerce mode.The electronic commerce mode including the gatedoor type, network-type and compositive type were gained after five business-site was evaluated. Results showed that the company credit is the main factor for the on-line purchasing behavior. Then the integration mode adapts to market environment in our country.Results also showed that there are six effective factors including the products and survice of tour, traffic method, tourism method, pressure, standard of living, sightseeing, and operation suggestion are offered.
