In the recent years, with the continuous increase of population as well as acceleration of Industrialization and urbanization, the demand for land bear more pressure. The scarcity of land resources and unreasonable use of land resulted in a series of ecological, social and economic problems. Therefore, how to make the region achieve sustainable use of land resources is the subject which people concerned. And the optimal allocation of land resources to resolve this contradiction is a main means of macro-including both quantity and spatial distribution optimization, including elements of the micro-scale production with a reasonable ratio, is a multi-objective, multi-level and the decision-making process continued Fitting .This article on the base of domestic and foreign related research, elaborated the land resource optimization disposition implication and the elementary theory comprehensively. And further summarized the land resource optimization disposition method, particularly elaborated the gray system method emphatically. Based on this, made the further empirical analysis and took Yizhang County as example.This article in the overall analysis of Yizhang County land utilization present situation structure and the distribution characteristic as well as in the existence question's foundation, according to certain land utilization strategy, set up land utilization structure optimization disposition mode. Starting from the economic, social and ecological benefits, the structural optimization model focus on land use, creating of a number of structural constraints, using a grey linear programming methods for the calculation of various categories of specific quantitative indicators, therefore optimize the allocation of the three programmes. AHP then used to optimize the decision-making programme and came to the conclusion that the second option was the optimal configuration.
