Hotel industry, which is the focus support of the tourism, has made rapid development over the past decade. Hotel benefits and all the business activities have to rely on the staff for their hard work and outstanding creativity. Only has good human resources, can be in an invincible position in the competition. And the competition for talent is reflected in the training of the competition. However, if the employee only received training in class, not able to use the knowledge in the actual work, there will be no effect of training, and the training did not meet the purpose. A substantial amount of research has proved the training transfer climate have an enormous impact both on training transfer behavior and transfer implementation intentions.Based on the research purpose, the author surveys the problems to solve and the initial idea of this paper by reading the literature at home and abroad, using SPSS11.5 statistical analysis as the main tool to do the following three aspects of research:Studyâ… :The structure of hotel training transfer climate. Using a combination method of the quality and quantity, the author prepares the hotel training transfer climate questionnaire and analyzes the dimension of training transfer climate. The result shows that the hotel training transfer climate is a five-factor structure, including interpersonal relationships, the result of feedback, training counseling, environment and conditions, as well as the objectives and the system, in which the contribution of the highest rates of interpersonal relationships reaching 15.198%. Confirmatory factor analysis verifies the five-factor structure of the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.Studyâ…¡:The study of relationship between hotel training transfer climate and population variables. Based on the variance result of demographic variables and dimensions of the training transfer climate, with the three interviews with hotel management experts, the author found the training transfer climate in different gender, different age groups among the hotel staff has no significant difference; different education experience among hotel staff were significantly different on feedback dimension; different length of service in the hotel were significantly different on the two dimensions of interpersonal atmosphere and objectives and systems; different length of service in the post were different on the dimensions of training counseling, the environment and conditions; staff in different departments were significantly different on the two dimensions of the environment and the conditions; different positions in hotel were significantly different on the two dimensions of the environment and atmosphere conditions, objectives and system of this dimension.Studyâ…¢:The study of the relation between the hotel training transfer climate and the training transfer effect. Adding the transfer implementation intentions, the author carries out the relevant analysis between the hotel training transfer climate and the transfer implementation intentions, and proves a positive correlation between the dimensions of training transfer climate and the transfer implementation intentions, that is, there is a positive correlation between the training transfer climate and the transfer implementation intentions. And then, the author carries out regression analysis of the training transfer climate and the transfer implementation intentions, which proves that the training transfer climate has a significant impact and a significant positive predictive power on the transfer implementation intentions.
