Company improve its achievement to survive in the competitive society.Then motivating is the most effective method to improve the achievement.Company could spur personnel to work more efficiently in the condition that its motivate policy is chosen well.M Co.,Ltd.,A real estate developing company,has carried out numerous projects such as Wanrun community and Yipin garden. The company developed rapidly.However,in recent years,the corporation has to face many constraints because of no strategy, unreasonable use of internal resources and insufficiency growth potential. In order to enable M Corporation to develop well and strengthen the competitive ability of the company etficently, the thesis formulats a series of sitimulating strategy according to the analysis of the corporate.The paper analyzes particularities of psychological contract into two types according to the components of the psychological contract in motivate policy choosing process. Based on this fact, the paper analyzes the relationship between psychological contract and motivate policy choosing process, and proposed three key elements of efficient selection. At last, matched with psychological contract and motivate policy choosing process, the paper carries out the selection of motivate policy in order to enhance its rationality and efficiency.
