Adaptive Performance theory in recent years is a hot research field of Western psychology,and it is also beginning to receive the academic Attention in China. As in the dynamic changing environment, proposed the concept of adaptive performance have great time significance,value of theory and practice. The so-called adaptive performance refers to the organization at all levels within the cell body (individual, team and organizational) changes in the dynamic scenario, effective response to unexpected changes in work requirements and environment, the general term for various types of behavior, the dynamic development of adaptive performance, Include cognitive and non-cognitive component, is a multi-level concept, adaptive performance has continued to maintain efficient operation of the individual and team, enabling organizations to maintain the role of long-term competitive advantage.In this study, 428 employees as the research object, document analysis, questionnaires and other methods to collect information, using independent sample t test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis, the data processing. Of the psychological contract, achievement motivation and performance of the relationship between adaptive and adaptive analysis of demographic variables on performance.The main conclusions are as the following:Firstly, employees adaptive performance shows various differences in demographic variables such as sex, age, education level, working years.Secondly, Psychological contract can predict the performance of adaptive.Thirdly, Achievement motivation Can predict the performance of adaptive.Fourthly, the psychological contract performance on achievement motivation and the relationship between adaptation plays a regulatory role, that is, high psychological contract, can enhance the positive achievement motivation effects on the adaptive role; low psychological contract, can enhance the adaptability of achievement motivation on The negative effects of role performance. Regression analysis also showed that the psychological contract of achievement motivation and the relationship between the pressure can not afford emergency regulation, achievement motivation and innovation on the relationship between problem-solving was not significant.
