Since the new century, Chinese agriculture is facing new opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, the era of agricultural products shortage has ended, the development focus shifted from the production areas to the circulation areas. On the other hand, after accessing to the WTO, Chinese agriculture is facing the challenges of domestic agricultural markets open further; it was more difficult to increase the peasant's income. Therefore, reducing the circulation costs and improving the value-added, developing the modern agricultural products logistics, this is the key of increasing the peasant's income and agricultural modernization.Guangxi is one of the provinces whose agriculture account for a large proportion, in recent years, with the adjustment of agricultural structure, Guangxi's agriculture has been developing rapidly, and has formed a number of superior agricultural products. However, in the background of the agricultural products structural surplus. Guangxi's logistics industry was backward for infrastructure, technology, talents, the government's macro-control and some other reasons. This leads to the majority of agricultural products could not be flowed smoothly, and then seriously hindering the development of rural economy. Therefore, it is very urgent to develop the agricultural products logistics for Guangxi.This article combines the theory of modern logistics and agricultural economy, after introducing the basic theory and analyzing the development of Guangxi's agricultural products logistics, drawing on some successful experience at home and abroad, then discussing on the development ideas which suitable for the actual situation in Guangxi, finally, raising some suggestions for its health development. This article enriches the theory of regional agricultural products logistics, making up for the study shortfall in Guangxi.
