With the development of worldwide economic unify, the economic power brings huge opportunity to China. After obtaining the hot title for global manufacturing center, China has become one of the main Business Process Outsourcing (use abbreviation 'BPO' as below) providers for the countries and areas with English language followed India, Philippine and others, and will be on the top priority for global customers to outsource their BPO business in many other industries and fields, achieve a new title 'Global back office'. China government has more and more deep understanding and mature strategies for BPO industry in these years, along with execution of the national project 'THOUSAND-HUNDRED-TEN', a batch of multi-national BPO providers came to China, many new Chinese oriented BPO firms found and went up day by day. Facing the good market opportunity, governmental policies, environment and the fierce worldwide competition, which requires Chinese BPO firms enhance the JIT operation abilities and skills to provide reliable delivery capacity to keep the leading competitive advantages.The article analyses the current operation situation of YX company who is focusing on offshore business process outsourcing services, the issues of infrastructure matching, software technologies supporting and the process of Just in time (use abbreviation 'JIT' as below) delivery in YX company. Using the mature theories & practice of JIT in manufacture, and the theories of modern BPO services, points out a set of hardware and technologic support solutions. According to the issues during the operation of YX company, brings out an assuring system of JIT delivery in the combination of service processes, balance of capacity plan, oriented quality control & measurement, KAN BAN, backup operation centers and establishing the subcontractors network fields basing of the practice of YX company, attempt to help to enhance its holistic competences of JIT delivery, ramp up to a big scale quickly and refine to climb the value chain in BPO industry, get YX company strengthened on the competitive advantages to face the more acute challenges in global market competition.
