Mobile Payment combined the two high-tech products of mobile phones and credit cards together as the new integrated business function. It could give to users the safe, convenient and fashionable service. The promotion of Mobile Payment is important problom. Mobile Payment based on NFC has many advantages, compared with other method.This paper discussed the classification of existing mobile payments and compares several basic techniques of long-range and short-range mobile payments.This paper introduced RFID technology systematicly and comprehensively, which is the NFC technology's principle source of, as well as NFC technology standards, the principles and applications. It also analysised the dual-interface card solution. The paper has finished the comparation between the traditional NFC solutions and dual interface card solution.It summrized the international status of NFC mobile payments. The cases of Felica in Japan and the dual-interface card solution in South Korea is the important research object. The NFC mobile payments' development in these two countries gives good experience to China in much area, such as the mobile environment and operating mode.Through the PEST analysis on the Mobile Payment Industry, this paper discussed the promoting and hindering factors to NFC's development in China. This is the original of this article, analysis the long-distance payment and NFC separately. It focused analysis the maturity level of the NFC Mobile Paymen industry chain.From the payment process, the main operating position, regulatory policy and consumer acceptance, and other point of view, the paper compared the different mobile payment model based on long-distance payment and NFC , dual-card and dual-mode interface card. It summrized the advantages and the characteristics of NFC operating mode. It is useful to the development of NFC in China.
