Recearch On Excellence Indicators Of CMCC And Benchmarking

At the very beginning of 2006,CMCC~1 established a new strategy called "New Leaps",which would help the company to improve from outsanding to excellent.Thus CMCC needed a new indicator system for the strategy process control,review and evaluation,which is called "EXCELLENCE INDICATOR SYSTEM".And that is the main object of this paper.This research on the Excellence Indicator System is launched and supported by the Tactic Apartment of CMCC.And this research includes designing the indicator system,choosing the Benchmarking Enterprises and Benchmarking with the excellence Indicators.The Excellence Indicator System will be one of the "New Leaps" Strategic Management Methods:The indicators will give a clear view of the strategic's implementations,forecast the executive effects.And the indicators of benchmarking enterpirses will show their advantages and strengths.
