Performance management is the key content of human resource management,and it plays an important role in the operation and development of an enterprise.At present, power generation enterprises generally encounter with some troubles,such as performance management objectives dislocation,performance indicators incomplete,etc. In this paper,combining with the implementation of the benchmarking activities in power generation companies and using the modern performance management theory,the author puts forward the idea of performance programs in power generation enterprises based on the benchmarking.According to the analysis of the key performance indicators (KPI),the combination of benchmarking and performance management,the author proposes the significance and method of the construction of key performance indicators, setting out the basic procedures of performance programs in power generation enterprises based on the KPI.On the basis,taking the Beilun power plant as an example, the author analyses the problems of the benchmarking and performance management in Beilun power plant.Then,the author gives a systematic design of performance management program for Beilun power plant,which improves the enterprise's performance management system. |
