With the progress of society and the market economy, the logistics industry has become a focus of the development of the industry. As an important part of modern logistics distribution, automated warehouse becomes more and more complicated. To improve the operation of automated warehouse efficiency, automated Warehouse unloading scheduling optimization is important to study theoretical and engineering significance. In this paper, the following research work for the unloading tasks scheduling problem:First, this paper researched the system of automated warehouse and analyzed of its control system, a storage management technology and workflow. On this basis, establishing an automated warehouse model, and calculating this model's operating cycle and unloading frequency.Second, established the unloading tasks scheduling model, this paper developed the principles of unloading tasks scheduling and the difference of scheduling dynamic and static scheduling. Done a classic priority scheduling algorithm, two-dimensional priority list scheduling algorithm simulation, the results show that: the two-dimensional priority list scheduling algorithm has a better perfromance.Then, in order to optimize the unloading tasks scheduling based on the priority list, this paper presents a three-dimensional priority list scheduling algorithm. Done the same simulation, experimental data shows that the three-dimensional priority list scheduling algorithm has shown a better scheduling perfromance and stability, even in the overload circumstances.Finally, this paper designed and implemented a simulation system integrated a logistics Simulation System and Management Information System. It enables dynamic simulation of the unloading tasks scheduling and implementation of systems to be interactive and visual. The Management Information System client and server using Microsoft Visual C + + 6.0 development, at the same time, the MySQL database to store the data for scheduling; logistics system simulation development using software QUEST. By comprehensive and dynamic system simulation, integrating simulation system better reveal the dynamic characteristics, at the same time, it established a base for the integration of different process-oriented simulation of the logistic system.
