As one of the important sub-industries in the logistics industry,the warehousing industry has a huge impact on the overall performance of the logistics system.In the context of growing demand for storage,the Third-Party Automated Storage and Retrieval System(TPAS/RS)has gradually become a new service model to replace traditional storage by providing professional and comprehensive storage service solutions..At present,in China's third-party warehouses,there are common problems such as high warehousing and construction costs,mismatched supply and demand,and incomplete development of scheduling potential.Therefore,the search for a new model to improve the operational efficiency and service level of the three-dimensional warehouse on the basis of existing equipment has become an issue.An effective way to solve the above problems and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Job Scheduling Automated warehouses are one of the most basic warehouse operations.A reasonable order of job execution can improve the efficiency of equipment operations in three-dimensional warehouses,maximize the potential of three-dimensional warehouses,and reduce the cost of job scheduling.Warehose Management System(WMS)is an important tool for warehousing operations management in three-dimensional warehouses.Intelligent warehousing systems can work together with control systems and management systems to visualize job scheduling information and monitor storage equipment.Operation,improve job scheduling efficiency.Based on the analysis of the status and problems of the development of third-party automated warehouses,and through the development of scheduler optimization and warehouse management information systems,this article discusses the solution for improving the service quality of third-party automated warehouses without adding hardware devices: Firstly,based on the analysis of job scheduling objectives and scheduling methods,and aiming at improving job scheduling efficiency while reducing equipment operating costs,a multi-objective optimization model of job scheduling based on Petri nets is proposed.It is proposed to address the need for rapid optimization of job scheduling problems.Based on the Petri nets and improved NSGA-II algorithm,after solving the problems of the theoretical model,using.Net+Ajax technology to develop the warehouse management information system,and using the Matlab+.Net hybrid method to embed the theoretical model into the system as a dispatcher.The module was optimized to verify its effectiveness,and it also provided a solution to the problem of managing and servicing third-party automated warehouses.By comparing the results of job scheduling,the validity of the proposed model and the solution algorithm are verified,and the function of the job scheduling function is implemented using Matlab+.Net mixed mode,and the application mode of the theoretical model is explored.Therefore,the job scheduling multi-objective optimization model and the solution algorithm can reduce the job scheduling cost while improving the job scheduling efficiency;the development and application of the information system verifies the validity of the theoretical model proposed in this paper,and also solves the optimization of the automated warehouse.Management issues provide solutions.It has achieved the goal of improving the service quality of third-party automated warehouses without increasing equipment investment.
