With the advancement of science and technology ushered us into an era where automatic logistics technology has been widely used, and automated stereoscopic warehouse (AS/RS) is increasingly important in different fields. Automated stereoscopic warehouse has lots of advantages such as saving the land, reducing labor intensity, reducing the loss of storage and transportation, improving the efficiency of logistics, etc. In tobacco industry which requires high degree of automation, automated stereoscopic warehouse is widely used and promotion and has made significant results, reducing the tobacco logistics cost, improving the efficiency of the circulation of tobacco production greatly. But because of the equipment in three-dimensional warehouse and the electric control、information system often fail during the operation, which influences on production greatly, especially for a high degree of automation of the tobacco industry. As a result, the research for reliability problems of cigarette factory stereo warehouse system has important scientific and economic value.The research on the reliability of the factory warehouse is less and less, by using the method of fault tree analysis and combining the Automod simulation tools, this paper researches for the reliability of the key equipments in a cigarette auxiliary materials three-dimensional, and improves reliability improvement opinions from the design scheme, information system, electronic control system of three-dimensional storage, which benefits the application of reliability analysis in the tobacco industry.First of all, the paper puts forward the research background and significance, introduces the concept of automated stereoscopic warehouse, constitutes a detailed exposition for automated stereoscopic warehouse’s functions, characteristics, composition etc. At the same time, this paper summarizes the development of reliability theories, and the status of research in this field, extractions methods of reliability analysis, and reliability analysis methods are introduced in detail. Second, which is based on a cigarette auxiliary materials elevated library system, combined with the reliability theory in the study of the three-dimensional database system, using the fault tree analysis to build reliability models for cigarette factory stereo’s several key equipments, and carries on the reliability analysis, using the theory of minimum cut sets to evaluate the fault tree models and finding out the route from initial state to failure state and carries on the research and improvement of analysis on the weak links. Meanwhile, starting from the fault tree model, based on the equipment failure data, using the reliability theory to calculate the probability of failure, in order to evaluation the safety and reliability of the evaluation system.Once again, in combination with a factory accessories library automated warehouse project, studying the design of this project and reliability of the electric control and information system in the process of system operation, to ensure the safety and efficiency of this system.Finally, using Automod simulation software to model the automated warehouse system, and carries on the simulation analysis. Through the analysis of simulation data, examining the rationality of the reliability analysis, and modifing it to its improvement.Through this research and analysis, summarizes the basic ideas of factory automation stereoscopic warehouse reliability, especially for the application of fault tree analysis, supplemented by Automod simulation, and provides a feasible method for the reliability of the automation stereoscopic warehouse system, which has better application and reference value.
