Research On Project Risk Management Of L Bureau Intelligent Dispatching System

In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet and intelligent terminal equipment popularization,the people for the dependence of the network is growing,in order to compete for the user,the telecom industry rising competition in the market.Represented by mobile,unicom and telecom three carriers profits began to decline,facing in the process of operation such as business smaller,lack of profitability,lower economic benefit and so on.Especially with the expansion of social software such as WeChat users,three carriers fixed-line voice income fell sharply,which makes them have to seek a new direction in the process of development and business growth.ICT(Information and Communications Technology)business is to incorporate Information,communication Technology and to provide customers with comprehensive business and applicationservices.At present this technology has been widely applied to the enterprise production management and home users of the information service,and gradually become the focus of the transformation of business.L bureau of intelligent scheduling system is a typical ICT projects,In this paper,using the method of brainstorming and Delphi method to L bureau intelligent scheduling system project risk identification,risk and sort out list;Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to have identified the risk of quantitative analysis,the risk list according to the weight of risk factors for sorting and divide the risk level;Finally,on the basis of the above analysis to identify the risk of the corresponding response and control strategy.Through the study of this article,the more system of ICT project risk management in our country,on the basis of a comprehensive understanding,hope to be able to work for telecom operators to provide a new train of thought,in ICT project risk management to provide some operable methods and tools,and then for the ICT projects in the application of risk management to provide certain help.
