Study On Developing Strategy Of IC Card Business For China Construction Bank

Banking Card is a comprehensive and multi-functional tool of e-payment that released by Banks, it could be deposited, withdrawal, transferred, consumed and etc, as well as a form of current substitute. China Construction Bank (hereinafter as CCB), as one of the four main commercial banks, has made a great achievement on the field of IC card business. This paper is aiming at make an expatiation on credit card business of CCB.The modern telecommunication has brought us great convenience and created good opportunity for banking card. With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and combination of banking businesses and other industries, more and more various payment methods are urgently needed, so that electronic and mobile payment methods are irrevocably born.For banking card EMV, the chip of banking card would be developed into banking card application field. There is no doubt that the acceptance environment of banking card should be improved, banking card payment service should be encouraged to enhance the industrial value chain of banking card and attract every part of the society and speed the rapid growth of banking card industry.This paper studied the development from Banking Card EMV, Banking IC popularization and multi-application; emphatically expatiate Banking IC and mobile communication industry integration application-mobile payment, especially introducing mobile communication operator NTT DoCoMo. Meanwhile, it introduces other applications of Banking IC cardWith the opening of the domestic financial market, it must be a trend for establishing profit allocation mechanism for banking card market and efficient banking card innovated payment method and encouraging the third party from the society and business to widely use the innovated payment and verify the methods of payment.
