Research On The New Peasants Under The Perpective Of The Construction Of The New Socialist Country

New peasants are the main body in the construction of the new socialist country. At the fifth plenary session of the party's 16th central commission, the great important history task of constructing the new socialist country was raised, which works at making Chinese rural area become a area with developed production, affluent life, civilized spirit, clean and tidy, and democratic management. The new peasant under the perspective of the construction of the new socialist countryside will promote the rural area's development of production, lead the affluent life of countryside, model the civilized spirit, build the clean and tidy rural condition, and make the management of rural area more democratic. New peasant is the objective requirement of the development of China at this stage. The practice about new rural construction and the practice about the new peasants'training after the foundation of PRC provided a useful exploration for the current construction of the new socialist country and training new farmers. Though the peasant's qualities about ideology, technology, management, and healthy have been improved, there are still some insufficient in aspects of culture and knowledge, technical level, and management because of history condition, systematic questions, shorting of official fund. In the process of the construction of the new socialist country, we should take the following measures. First, all aspects of Chinese society should take seriously in thought. Second, we should develop rural economy vigorously to build the economic foundation for training new peasants. Third, we need to strengthen the countryside's elementary education to improve Chinese farmers'cultural quality. Fourth, we should work at countryside vocational education to improve peasants' science and technology quality. Fifth, we should positively carry out the education about law and discipline in rural area to better farmers'modern civilization quality. Sixth we should strengthen construction of the troops of the new peasant and build the five troops positively. Seventh, we need to pay more attention to study the experiences from South Korea, Japan and so on to improve the training for the new peasants.
