Service Supply Chain of Tourism is a supply chain for better service of tourism enterprise. It is constituted of travelers, scenic spots, travel agencies, transport department, hotels and so on, and the main purpose of this supply chain is to coordinate this departments and transfer service of tourism. Product designing, production, assembling, sales and traveler supporting is the main function of this supply chain. Service Supply Chain of Tourism provides invisible service, so we cannot simply use the methods of product supply chain and we should study the character of it and find out the right methods.Presently the domestic study of service supply chain of tourism is still in initial step. Actually the method of supply chain at lest contains the research of contract, performance, uncertainty, optimizing and so on. In this article, we analyzed the contract system of service supply chain of tourism from the angle of "Entrust—Agency" mechanism. Firstly, we analyzed the concept, character, constitution and chain structure of service supply chain of tourism. Then, we studied the risks and significance of tourism enterprises union, and we point out some questions after analyzing the stimulation mechanism. Finally, we analyzed the present situation and problems of service supply chain of tourism in our country and proposed some reasonable suggestions.Service supply chain of tourism is a new research field, and we have no mature result to imitate. So, we analyzed the supply chain of tourism using game theory and supply chain methods. The main purpose of my research is to give a systematic summary for the contract mechanism of service supply chain of tourism and to attract more researchers to come into the field of service supply chain of tourism.
