Study On Strategic Alliance Of Flotation Reagents Enterprises In Our Country

Strategic Alliance, as a way of increasing profit and promoting the competition faculty for enterprises, plays a role more and more important. When Strategic Alliance become more and more prevalent all over the world, however our enterprises ignore it indifferently. Furthermore, our enterprises encounter a very stern situation while their own capability are very weak so that it is very difficult for them to have a good prosperity, including the competition from domestic enterprises and foreign ones being increasing cruel, the outside environment being more and more uncertain and changeable, hence it is very urgent for them to get out of the difficulty by applying"Strategic Alliance". The flotation reagents enterprises are just the very ones which have the same problems. With the method of"Strategic Alliance", this article aims at solving the problems for this kind of enterprises and promote the extensive application of"Strategic Alliance"in China. The article firstly introduce the basic status of the enterprises, then presents the relevant theories, finally analyzes the details regarding the application of"Strategic Alliance"in flotation reagents enterprises.
