Development Strategy Research Of Chinese Small And Medium-sized Private Enterprise

Over the past 30 years of reforming and opening up, Chinese private enterprise has sprung up quickly by its clear property right and flexible operational mechanism during the competitive market. It has became an important force for the growing of Chinese economic,and the major source of its local finance. So the development status of small and medium-sized enterprise will directly affect the future overall economic competitiveness of China.This paper studies current small and medium-sized enterprise. It firstly emphasizes the important status , characteristic , effect and present development situation of small and medium-sized enterprise,then deeply analyses its out and in environment situation, then proposes suitable development strategies to small and medium-sized enterprise after learning from Unites State , Japan and German of their small enterprises'development strategies. We find that, because of its weak condition, small and medium-sized enterprise of our country has many problems in management, finance, human resource, technology and enterprise culture. Our country's small and medium-sized enterprise should processes development strategy both in government and itself. About enterprise self, it should firstly actively breakthroughs its survival bottleneck by satellites strategy, better business ecosystem strategy, comprehensive international strategy and invisible packaging strategy; Then resolve its developing power via owner growing strategy, manager leasing trust strategy and"waste heat"talent strategy; resolve its developing energy resource via horizontal cluster model strategy and risk investment enterprises strategy; resolve its continue developing problem via technology innovation strategy; At last, resolve its core value and competitive problem via harmony enterprise culture strategy.
