The Research Of Making Development Strategy For Medium-sized And Small Enterprise

The development strategy is very important for the Medium-sized and small enterprises. If something is wrong with the development strategy, even the production running management is very precise, the enterprise still will step into trouble. That is why making a scientific and reasonable development strategy can make sure that the enterprise will not fail in the competition. But still, there are a lot enterprises ignore the development strategy management.The purpose of this paper is to discuss if the Medium-sized and small enterprises really need the tool of strategy management? How to make the development strategy effectively? This paper uses the method of both theory studies and case analysis. First, this paper introduces the theory of the Medium-sized and small enterprises strategy management, then use this theory to analysis the development of a project of the case company. Point out where the case company did well on the strategy management and where the case company can improve.The conclusion of this paper is that the Medium-sized and small enterprises needs the strategy management badly, and they should follow the theory of the strategy management, what is more, they should do the management according to their Characteristic and the economy environment This is the only way the Medium-sized and small enterprises can make the development strategy that is to the best of the enterprise.
