Analysis Of The Power Requirement Based On Manager Non-economic Stimulation

When you talk about the power, you may ignore the importance of power in management. In fact manage is a power game, although many people who support the democracy don't accept it . I find the more power motivation the manager have, the more strength their underling could feel, and the job could go with a swing. This article is talked about the importance of the power to the manager.First, I analyze the situation of the non-economic stimulation in manager stimulant mechanism. Then talk about the center word—power motivation of the manager non-economic stimulation. Through the analysis of survey questionnaire to the underling, educed four type of power motivation manager who have different power attitude ,and the maturity of the manager change with the power motivation. At end, I use a confirmation of a company to confirm my analysis.
