Research On The Cultivation Of Rural Broker Organizations

For a long time in China, the level of rural market development is low, the market system is weak, the market information channels are closed, and the distribution of agricultural products is in disorder. In the mean time, transaction costs are high and efficiency is low. All these factors greatly hindered the process of commercialization of agricultural products. How to organize the closed, decentralized, small-scale agricultural production in order to realize the link with big market has been the key of solving problems, such as sales of agricultural products, restructuring agricultural production, income growth for farmers, and many other key issues, this is also the social and the construction of new rural focus. In the early 1990s, as a new form of organization between urban and rural areas of rural commodities, rural brokers appeared in some areas and developed rapidly. Rural brokers have been an important force to promote the circulation of agricultural products. On one hand, rural brokers overcome the defect that linking the small-scale farmers scattered production with big market and big circulation. On the other hand, putting the rural market into the circulation of the whole social unity will provide strong conditions for increasing income and development for farmers and agriculture and find a breakthrough point for solving the"Three Rural Issues". However, rural brokers are generated and work spontaneously, so there are still many shortcomings in service content, type, scope or self-development capabilities. Especially with the industrial management of agriculture to develop in depth, the service of scope and quality of rural brokers is hard to meet the needs of the various subjects of interests. The deepening and development of practice is sure to propose new requirements for rural brokers on how to develop in the future.The developing trend of rural brokers in the future is large-scale organizations of economic activity, while improving the quality of its own, the use of modern management methods and information services are all important aspects. But its organization development should be a key point. From the existing research results, there are many studies on the status, function, influence, enhancing competitiveness and development mechanism of rural brokers. Although the study on rural broker organization development is mentioned, it is lacking of system study. Therefore, strengthening the study of rural broker organizations cultivation is of great theoretical significance. It will deepen our understanding of rural brokers, and promote theoretical research on the relevant aspects, improving and enriching theoretical research system. It will also make significant on planning of the development of rural brokers and playing a better role in different areas.On the base, this paper starting with the development mechanism of the rural brokers, elaborates the socio-economic basis, the motive force for development of rural brokers, carries out empirical studies on the development of rural brokers, the role of rural brokers and the existence issues, focusing on cultivating model of rural brokers organizations. At last, this paper puts up several recommendations of rural brokers organizational development.The study mainly used comparative analysis method and combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method. First, from the perspective of organizations, this paper defines the basic content of rural broker organizations, analyzes the rural development path of broker organizations and organizations nurture mode selection systematically. The research on development status of rural brokers mainly uses the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. In the study about path selection of rural broker organization cultivation, comparative analysis method is used to compare all kind of models for rural broker organization in order to recognize the characteristics of various models and make a reasonable choice.
