The Improvement Of Competitiveness Of China's Projecting Contracting

Since opening up and reform , China's international engineering contracting has obtained much progress and it has become an important part of our foreign economic and trade sector in china. China adopted the "going abroad" strategy after its accession into WTO (the world trade organization)and with the new situation of a more integrated world market, the competition in the international engineering contracting market is becoming much intensified.How to upgrade the international competitiveness of our enterprises and take an advantageous positioning in the competition has become a hot topic for discussion within the sector. After serious study and exploration, the essay proposes that the key is to cultivate and upgrade the competitiveness of our international engineering contracting enterprises.The essay can be divided into seven parts. The fist part is introduction. The second part is all about some basic theories, including international engineering contracting theory,international competitive theory and Enterprises Competence theory, etc. The third part mainly makes a brief introduction to international engineering contracting. Part four use the theories which introduced in part two to analysis the current international competence of China's international engineering contracting, through both industrial angle and enterprise angle. This paper also makes some useful suggestion to our government and the companied who work on international engineering contracting, which are shown in part five and part six. Part seven is two cases analysis. And the last part is a conclusion. A conclusion also be made in this paper.
