Empirical Study On Informal Organization Of Local Enterprises

It is an objective fact that informal organization widely exists in firms, and changes with the different culture and environment. As in a strong state, the influence is powerful, even to affect the formal organization. Oppositely, in a weak organization state, the incidence is too limited to play the positive way.Opposed to the foreign mature theoretical study which focus on the concept, forming and influence of the informal organization, our domestic theory have lagged behind. Research of the local informal organization in the local environment is lacked. As difference exists between the Chinese culture and western civilization, it is infeasible to solve all our problems depending on the foreign theories. This paper is try to explore the formation and influence of local informal organization within our culture and organizational environment.In the dissertation, on the basis of sysmatically reviewing relevant theories about informal organization and Chinese traditional culture, I forward seven theoretical hypothesis, which all point out that a strong infomal organization existing in our enterprises. Then by the test of empirical research and theoretical analysis, conclusion advice is given.Maybe this research can give some inspiration to the local managers when they deal with informal organization issuers.
