Comparison Research Of Core Competence In System Integration Companies Of Beijing Area

According to both domestic and overseas theories on core competence of enterprises and its evaluation method, using benchmarking and analytic hierarchy process, this article, makes a deepen research on core competence of enterprise among Beijing system integration companies, it focuses on core technical capacity, adaptability, ability of scale, organization and coordination capability, and the main contents are as follows:Firstly, this article gives the concept of system integration industry, and then, concerning on its particularity, makes certain scope, method and schedule.Secondly, according to characteristics of system integration industry, this article sets up an evaluation system of core competence, and then makes a sorted analysis to core competence' elements. Thirdly, it also identifies the key components of core competence in Beijing system integration enterprises. On the one hand, using benchmark method, this article makes a quantitative analysis to all elements in order to find out the difference between them; on the other hand, using analytic hierarchy process, it makes a measurement of weights for key elements in order to confirm the analysis results, and finally gives a general analysis for all results.Based on the research, this article reveals the main deficiencies for Beijing system integration enterprises, and also gives them some suggestions and Countermeasures which would be a basis of decision making to speed up its development.
