As the development of the economy and the enhanced awareness of national insurance, themarket of national life insurance has the largest development than ever before. Foreign-fundedenterprises had caught the steps to establish branches of company, looking for benefits in China.The competition had been heated between the national insurance companies and theforeign-funded enterprises. It sets a big problem to the manger that how to keep developing underthis background.The main subject of this thesis is to discuss about how to evaluate the level of humanresources of the life insurance company under the competition. It can be divided into three parts.Firstly, the author discussed about the theory of evaluating human resource and the theory of corecompetitiveness of enterprises, under the base work of collecting and collating the relatedresearch. After discussing about source of the core competitiveness of enterprises, the authormade discrimination about the relationship of core competitiveness and the human resource,demonstrating that the human resource is the base of the core competitiveness in the lifeinsurance company.Secondly, the author used the evaluate methods, such as AHP and Comprehensiveevaluation method, to build evaluation index system of the life insurance company, based on thestandard of systemic and practically. Then the author picked up5companies to stand for all thelife insurance companies, to evaluate the current situation of the human resource of life insurancecompanies.At last, there would be some analysis of the results from the evaluation index system,further to verify that the human resource is the core competitiveness of the life insuranceenterprises. In the mean time, the author discussed about the questions of the human resource ofthe life insurance enterprises through the evaluating the data in the evaluation index system, suchas the high level of the brain drain, low level of the quality of the human resource, etc. then theauthor made some reasonable measures to solve these questions and strengthen the level thehuman resource of the life insurance companies.The purposes of this thesis is to construct the evaluation index system of life insurancecompany’s human resources, promoting the level of human resource management of life insurance companies, fundamentally upgrading the core competitiveness of life insurancecompanies and to form strong support to the future development of life insurance companies.
