Management Research About Technical Renovation Project Of Power Industry

A large amount of investments and constructions have been set up to solve the shortage of electricity since 1999.The power generation enterprises made a lot of technical renovations ,to improve the reliability and performance of facilities, protect environment, and lengthen the life of equipments.In order to achieve anticipated goal, it is necessary to build a manage-and-control system. The system is responsible to manage each process of these technical renovations generally. By carrying out the policy of'object examined, execution supervised, organization coordinated, obligation fulfilled'in the managements, these projects could be more economical, more reliable, more secure, more advanced, more environmental and more normal.Based on deep research about hundreds of significant technical renovation projects, which have been made in the eight plants, and combined with the date analysis, the author put forward the common problems in managing the technical renovation project and tried to find the resulotion. To turn the experiences into achievement, a set of system was built up and standardized the management of technical renovation project.
