The Quality Management Of Budget Audit In Power Enterprise

Recently, power enterprise budget performance audit come into being as a new thing, its project management and quality control have no experience to follow, it needs auditors to gradually explore and research in practice. Therefore, the author create the management method of audit project life-cycle to comb the process of project life, clear all stages of the audit management tasks, analyze and point out the key points of quality control , In order to have more effective supervision and services in budget management by internal audit. And, this paper quotes the case that AC power enterprise's budget audit to verify the feasibility of the budge audit project management method which base on the theory of life-cycle in practice. As an applied research, author hope her research result will be further test in practical work.
