A Research On The Quality Management System For Power Grid Enterprises Based On Device Life Cycle Management Theory

Electric power industry is an important pillar of economic development for the country, As the key leader in power industry, the quality of power companies' device, have a direct impact to the power grid safety. Besides, it will directly determine the quality and cost of power engineering. Firstly,material quality and the material supply chain quality management theory is discussed, mainly studied the device life cycle management theory and quality management of WHS theory. Theoretical study on the basis of analysis based on the full life-cycle management of equipment material supply chain quality management system. Finally, with the situation of power enterprises based on the whole life-cycle management of equipment material supply chain quality management system construction and application, it discussed the application of the quality management system.According to the related theory of material management, combined WHS quality management system and the whole life-cycle management of equipment material, the power enterprise procurement material quality management system is integrated. This management system allows power enterprise put procurement on the quality of material, ensure the material can be on time, providing service for power engineering of construction. While from the procurement source of cost containment is achieved, it is important for modern purchasing quality management of electric power enterprise.
