At present, the business seminar training projects to the transformation, transforming effect on the impact of the key factors of lack of lead into the design of the lack of workable model.Based on the results of relevant research at home and abroad on the basis of in-depth analysis of impact of enterprise training projects in the conversion of the main factors, design the framework of the training project design and organization of the perceived atmosphere measuring dimensions and training projects to the transformation of the quantitative dimension, through a questionnaire survey to collect and analyze statistical data, and then to design effective training programs to the transformation model and the implementation guidance. Focus on the implementation of the transformation to create the training model of the mechanism and do a good job training needs analysis and select suitable training methods and techniques to enhance their staff training to support the transformation, give full play to the role of incentives to increase the training of trainees,the implementation of opportunity to study and preserve the results of the training, and work to promote the maintenance, to ensure that the training effect of the consolidation.
