Real estate industry is developing rapidly in China,especially after the reform and opening up more than 20 years,in the local economic development plays an important role,is an important industry force.In the context of economic globalization and China's entry into the normal development of the economy,how to survive and develop in the fierce market,is a joint project of the real estate enterprise,every especially in real estate industry gradually in recent years by the national macroeconomic regulation and control,policy guidance,on the basis of more and more real estate enterprises realized,through the existing human resources and quality integration to promote the potential mining is the key link to realize benign development,and promote the core measure is efficient human resources training,in the field of corporate culture to develop and spread,business development and profit,the depth of the fusion strategy and development,human resources training constitutes the path and the important means of implementation.X real estate company was founded in April 2000,the registered capital of 50 million Yuan,is a domestic limited liability company.Registered capital Development prospect is good,but because of insufficient attention to training of sales staff in the strategic level,causing a lot of loopholes and deficiencies in the current training system.X has been affected by the company's future strategic development and personnel training.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire,interview system X real estate company sales staff training system is studied,in combination with X real estate company's strategic development needs,according to the theory of ISO10015 standards,kirkpatrick four evaluation method,such as theory,on the basis of detailed data analysis,to build the sales staff training system,including to ISO10015 standards system of the training process,training resources,training management system,and training achievement transformation mechanism.On this basis,in order to form a new training system can run normally and guarantee effect,and combined with relevant theory and actual operation situation and the development of strategic objectives of X company further training system of safeguards.Based on the analysis and research,a total of four innovative points.First,use ISO10015 international standards as the basis of the company training system,to optimize and design the X company sales staff training.Second,training courses and teacher resources management of balanced development,formed a new sales staff course system,not separate planning or design,explore the training resources to maximize efficiency.Before then isresults oriented evaluation into the monitoring and evaluation,the formation of circulating loop training system,and finally,establish training achievement transformation mechanism,comprehensively improve the quality of X company sales staff training.Hope that through this thesis research and the elaboration,to X benign sustainable development of real estate company provides positive guidance...
