Management Pattern Of Remote Education Training Project For Enterprise Based On ASP

For an enterprise, paying attention to the employee training and improving the labor capital value play an important role in both coping with the market competition and improving the industrial structure. In this paper beginning with the analysis of current status and problems about the enterprise training project in China, the education training management pattern of foreign enterprise is introduced in detail. Then it focus on the training pattern of E-Learning, and its advantages and disadvantages as well. Based on the summarized experience, ASP (Application Service Provider),combined with its characteristics, is introduced to the management pattern of enterprise’s remote education training program, comparing with its advantages to the training pattern of E-Learning. What’s more, the management pattern of the remote education training program on basis of ASP is designed, and its implementation and features are expressed as well, which include plan of the training system, determination of the training requirements, ability assessment, online learning, online practice and examination, effect evaluation method of enterprise training project with management pattern, content construction,support and service of operation, possible problems of new management pattern and the solution to the possible problems. And in this paper, the ability assessment and the effect evaluation are emphasized. Based on summarizing the training characteristic of enterprise education in our country, enterprise remote education training management pattern on basis of ASP is proposed with informatization application service pattern called ASP, and it has been applied into the enterprise remote education training program. Now, it is serving the government departments, some enterprises of power system, and the national associations, etc. Part of enterprise feedback and remote education training management pattern can meet the needs of the individualized enterprise training and reduce the training costs with contradiction solved properly. This method provides a new management pattern for enterprise education training program and more reference for the implement of education training.
