With the coming of knowledge economy, human resource is becoming the deciding factor in enterprises competition. In many enterprises, it is usually ignored to take the consideration of the analysis of employee training demand, the reliability of training projects design and Implementation, the training effect appraisal, and the effect transformation. Because of the ignorance, it is hardly to achieve the expected training effects. So, in the training process, it is very important to take the consideration of the analysis of employee training demand, the reliability of training projects design and Implementation, the training effect appraisal, and the effect transformation.In view of each kind of training problems in enterprises, the research and analysis of training projects design, and the implementation process are done in this paper. The analysis of employee individual training demand, the organizational training demand, and the task-required training demand are done. In the meanwhile, how to improve the reasonability, reliability and the validity of training demand analysis is also researched in the paper. Based on the analysis of enterprise training demand, the principles and steps of training projects design, the courses plans, the choices of training activities, and inner-enterprise trainer group's establishment are researched.In this paper, it is emphasized the appraisal of training courses in order to improve the validity and pointed effect. The paper points out the direction guide and the reliability principles. In the process of training projects implementation, it is compulsory to make sure the appraisal purpose and level based on training demand analysis. Then the feedback of training effects should be done. At last, it is important to create a appraisal database to provide materials for future training item design and the implementation.In addition, the training achievement transformation is researched in the fourth part of the paper. The factors preventing training achievement transformation are analyzed from all aspects, such as receiver-characters, training item design, learning environment, training environment. Based on the above factors, it is suggested to clear about the role of key workers in the training achievement the function, strengthen receivers'study motives through motivations, improve training item design, and cultivate the transformation-oriented environments.Above all, the approach in the paper broke through the limitation of former...
