Research On The Energy Performance Contracting And Development Proposals

The implementation of the Energy Performance Contracting is a very important significance to improve Chinese energy utilization efficiency. But there are many problems to promote such a mechanism. At present, there are many Energy Management Companies in more than 80 countries around the world. They have adopted the Energy Performance Contracting to help people improve efficiency in the use of electricity. At the beginning of this paper, we introduce the kinds of the Energy Performance Contracting, and the effect of each on energy saving and energy efficiency. Next, we give brief introduction of the current situation of the Energy Performance Contracting, point out existing problems. Finally, aiming at these problems, we propose three suggestions on the Energy Performance Contracting, and imagine the future of the Energy Performance Contracting.
