Investigating the present sale channel condition for China IT market and surveying and learning the sale channel of Inspur Group, and at the same time, putting the advanced sale methods of the outside famous IT enterprises into consideration, for Inspur Group difficulty in the current channel sale, by the way of the modern market sale theory, we carry out the purpose-market sale based on the traditional channel management, and get a better competition advantage. For this point, I design out the really practical channel spiriting policy on the base of researching the channel sale mode of the inside and outside IT manufacturers, in order to perfect the whole market sale and competition strategy for the enterprise. And strive for opening up the channel management mode with our own characteristics among the IT channel market soon.Today, Inspur Group has already been the advanced calculating flat roof and the supplier for IT application solution plans in China, as well as the biggest Chinese server manufacturing supplier and the server solution plan supplier. Inspur Group owns"Inspur Information"and"Inspur Softward", which came into A Section market inside. And it also has Inspur International Co., Ltd. coming into market on the carving board of HongKong. Its four big business groups cover the computer platform products, which major in servers, business computers, tax control machine and financial self-help terminal, and the software platform products and the field application solution plans of the big-size field application software, ERP, group finance and subsidiary office system. Well, its customers go through Chinese finance, communication, government, education, manufacturing, tobacco and so on.This article summarizes the present developing condition and characteristics and challenges of IT market in our country, analyzes the scattered-sale channel management lack of Inspur Group, as well as the scattered-sale channel competition situation in China IT market deeper. On the base of these, it also analyzes the Chinese channel market spirit, surveys and investigates all levels of markets and dealers, which points out that Inspur Group must establish a really practical channel spiriting strategy so as to drive up the whole scattered-sale channel achievement.
