Research On Strategy Formation Of Knowledge Enterprises From The View Of Value

Since the birth of strategic management as an independent subject of management, it has been exploring in two fields. One is content of strategy, the other is strategy formation. But competition becomes more drastic, and transformation becomes quicker. People increasingly realize that we should research the inner mechanism of strategy formation, and summarize rational methods of managing strategy formation, which is more important than the research of various skills of analyses and specific content of strategies. Based on the all-round review of main schools of strategic management, this thesis clarifies the superiority of those theories that focus on process in different condition, and identified that value is a stable factor in strategy formation. This thesis also draws lessons from the field of complex systems.The main results of the thesis are: Redefine knowledge enterprises. The premise suppose of knowledge enterprises. Identify that value is a stable factor in strategy formation. Give the modes of strategy formation of knowledge enterprises in two dimensions.The concrete problems are concretely analyzed in this thesis. So, the results of the thesis could be more useful in concrete enterprises. The regulation showed by the thesis, gives a measure standard, when the methods are used in different condition.
