| The development of Circular Economy is one important way to implementing the scientific development approach and realizing the regional sustainable development. Tianjin Binhai New Area (TBNA), as the important strategic planning of Chinese"11th Five-Year Plan", has obtained the social consensus of the urgency and necessity for its circular economy development. Nevertheless, the questions that how to develop and embody the TBNA's characteristics meanwhile are still in discussion, therefore, this thesis is to systematically study the harmonious development model of industrial circular economy in TBNA with the theoretic guide of system engineering, circular economy and sustainable development. Its main parts include the following aspects:(1) Reviewing the theories related to circular economy and analyzing its research and development situation at home and abroad. And the concept and connotation of development model of industrial circular economy are also discussed, as well as its research status.(2) Adopting the method of ecological footprints to quantitatively analyze the necessity for harmoniously developing the circular economy in three major industries in TBNA. The result got from calculating the ecological footprints of TBNA's industry development in 2006 indicates that TBNA should pay attention to the harmony among or within industries.(3) Expounding the function orientation for the development of TBNA and analyzing its natural sources basis and industrial development situation, based on which the whole frame for developing the circular economy in TBNA came into being, including guiding thoughts, development purpose and principles and concept model.(4) Expounding the connotation of harmonious development of industrial circular economy and then bring forward the harmonious development model of industrial circular economy, which is constructing the circular industrial system with the core of manufacturing, mainly including three parts of eco-industrial system, modern urban-agricultural system and green service industry system. Among these parts, the eco-industrial system has a detailed description and analysis.(5) Analyzing the key problems when carrying out the circular economy in China and the major measures for promoting the harmony within or among industries are proposed combing the TBNA's facts.The thesis has got the support of two projects from Tianjin with the ID of TJJJ06-017 and 2006BA01, and whose central part also has won the third prize in the 10th Challenge Cup National competition of Chinese College Students'Extracurricular Academic and Scientific Achievements. |
