The Supply Chain System Oriented To Life Cycle Of Packages And Products

Any products needed packaging, and packages and products reached to final consumers from suppliers, manufactures and distributors through a long way. Packages and products became the waste after use, and then they should be recycled and reused. This is the life cycle of the packages and products. In this process, suppliers, manufactures, distributors, consumers and recyclers completed their different activities that constituted the supply chain of the whole management system.This paper taked the life cycle of the packages and the products as the main line, analyzed the basic flows of suppliers, manufactures, distributors, consumers and recyclers and confirmed their positions and the popedoms in the system; then the characteristics, models and problems of the supply chain and reverse supply chain were analyzed, the closed-loop supply chain integrating the supply chain and reverse supply chain was researched and the third part mode of the system was put forward; the general modes of the current of materials, information flow and capital flow were analyzed; the integrated project of system was defined and the advantages of project were analyzed; the modules, detailed functions of the users and the database of the system were designed. Finally the mode of the system, technique and frame of the system were presented. Down the key line of life cycle of the packages and the products, the paper displayed main functions of the system software. The system had good expansibility and compatibility, and can be used in the unions of enterprises.
