Supply chain innovation and development is one of the important starting points for the party and the country to promote the supply-side reform of the economy.In 2017,the State Council issued Guidance on Actively Promoting Supply Chain Innovation and Application,which put forward guidance for the development of China's supply chain and provided direction for the development of supply chain.At present,the global economic development continues to be sluggish,and enterprises are facing more and more market pressure.The development of social economy has already entered the competition pattern among the supply chains of enterprises,and the supply chain has become an indispensable strategic resource for enterprises.Therefore,accelerating the layout and optimization of the supply chain is the key to enterprises' supply chain management and market competitiveness.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development and progress of science and technology,the electronic product market represented by mobile phones has developed rapidly,and a number of domestic mobile phone brands such as Huawei,OPPO,VIVO and MI have been boosted.However,the continuous upgrading and development of China's economic industry has promoted the development of China's electronic industry to technology intensive industry,which requires the construction and optimization of the current electronic product supply chain system,so as to better promote the transformation and development of China's electronic industry and enhance international competitiveness.Of course,the supply chain of electronic products involves many links and contents.In addition,the technical requirements and market changes of electronic products make the supply chain of electronic products extremely complex.The camera module of mobile phone is an important component of mobile phone and also an important component of electronic products.This paper takes QT company,a leading company of camera module of mobile phone,as an example,makes an in-depth analysis and research on its supply chain optimization,finds out the problems encountered in the current development of its supply chain,and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve and optimize the mobile camera module of QT company's supply chain,so as to explore the optimization of electronic product supply chain and its management.Based on the current situation of QT company,this paper analyzes the characteristics and future development direction of the electronic product industry supply chain.Through the understanding and analysis of QT company and its supply chain status,three major problems are found.First,low accuracy of demand forecasting and production planning lead to distortion of supply chain demand,which affects the operation planning of all links of the supply chain,resulting in low efficiency and low level of supply chain.Second,theprocurement management ability is in urgent need of improvement,mainly manifested in the slow procurement response and weak supplier management ability,which makes the procurement supply relatively passive and low quality,leading to big problems in the supply chain response and failure in adapting to the rapidly changing market environment.Third,the lack of modern logistics management ability not only directly affects the circulation speed of the supply chain,but also reflects the lack of the supply chain and its management ability on some extent,resulting in high cost and poor efficiency of the supply chain.The causes of QT company's problems exist in internal and external aspects,such as these four major aspects: the company's own lack of supply chain management ability,including its own organizational setting and management ability;the rapid change of mobile phone market,leading to the difficult prediction on demands;the imperfect supplier management system,weakening the control of the supply chain;the risk of supply chain being increased by new technology and process.In view of this,QT company should continue to improve its internal capabilities in aspects such as market demand forecast,production planning,inventory management and supply chain organization,increase the use of modern technologies such as informatization,strengthen the objective and scientific management of supplier selection and assessment,strengthen the implementation management of supply chain,promote the construction of the implementation guarantee system of supply chain,and ensure the supply chain optimization scheme can be implemented and put in place,so as to realize the optimization and upgrading of the supply chain of QT's mobile camera module.
