With the market competition aggravating, enterprise resource planning is a popular society business administration in the nowadays pattern. While, the implementation of enterprise ERP is a project with high expensive and high risks. Effectively manage and control is the important tache to guarantee the implementation of ERP project to succeed during the whole process of ERP implementation. During implementation of risk management and control, it needs much risk information. It is a great challege for enterprise to access massive information. But , there is no integrated system to support enterprise to accomplish the work.Firstly, from the angle of view of host enterprise in the text, on the base of study about ERP risk management, the paper has analysed concept,characters,classification,function and problems of ERP implementation risk information .Second, based on meanings of ERP implementation risk information, the paper has designed system of ERP implementation risk information mining with four factors of source of risk information, organization mechanism, human resource and supporting technologies,and then analysed the factors.Third, model of comprehensive evaluation of function has been built to measure availability of system of ERP implementation risk information mining. Finally, the paper has given an example of enterprise application.The main research of the paper can provide enterprise with way of system of mining in risk information of erp project implementation sciencly and objectively. Also, it can provide a basis for the risk management and will be valuable to enterprise ERP project implementation successfully.
