Research On Risk Management Of The Customized Project Implementation Of A Compressor Enterprise

With the rapid development of China's social economy,the customized manufacturing has been enlarged increasingly.The customized project has some unique features including the strong innovations and uncertain factors besides the general characters of project management,and these features greatly increase the risks in the process of project implementation.Therefore,it is much important to make a comprehensive and detailed identification and evaluation of risk factors in the process of implementation,select appropriate solution and monitoring measures,reduce the failure in project approval and implementation,furthermore improve the management level of the customized project in the company.These all are the common problems concerned by customized project management agency.After reviewing of abundant literatures and combining with the work practice,the main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Firstly the thesis introduces the background,purpose and significance of customized project implementation,and systemically sorted out the customized project management present situation and existing problems.Based on the above reasons,we suggested that project risk management methods should be applied in the implement of the customized project.(2)Combining with the characteristics of the enterprise customized project X,we identified 13 risk types of the company's customized project,from quality,environment,cost,and progress,four aspects by combining with the customized project characteristics of the company.(3)In comparison with several evaluation methods of risk,as well as the systemically consideration of the characteristics of the company's Customized Project,and the collection of evaluation data and the needs of practical application,we put forward a kind of general evaluation system for the risk factors of the company's customized project,it aims at the system analysis of the occurring probability and the influence of the risk factors in the progress.(4)According to the situation of project risk and external environment,this thesis analyzed the different measures that should be adopted to the different risk types,and made out the general process.At the same time,aimed at the potential risk factors in the process of implementation of customized project X,we proposed practical approach to risk monitoring.Based on the theory and method of project risk management,this paper studied on the implementation of risk management of customized project X based on the analysis of the characteristics of the project,and identified the risk factors that may be arised in the project.Research on risk management of customized project is not only helpful to the successful completion of the project,but also to improve the level of enterprise project management has important practical significance.
