With the development of the economy home and abroad, competition between enterprises becomes increasingly fierce. As the most active resource in productivity, the human resoureces play a crucial role in the development and expansion of the enterprise. Therefore, the core competitiveness of the enterprise boils down to the competition of talents, whose potential should be brought into full play if the enterprises want to be stronger. Now, more and more enterprises realize that they should lay more emphasis on human resources management, such as how to increase their pay, how to activate their enthusiasm in working and their sense of responsibility as part of the enterprise, all those have posed a significant issue facing the administrators of the enterprises. Experts home and abroad have done researches concerning this issue and it it necessary to build up a resonable employer-stimlus mechanism.As the subordinate company of the electrical system, XD company has its focus on production of electircal appliances directly related to daily life, and with the rapid development of the economy there is an growing demand for electrical appliances, the competition of the market economy becomes increasingly fierce. Under the circumstances of the economic development, stimlus mechanism is a must for those who want to improve their working efficiency. And how to build up an effecitve stimulus mechanism becomes an important factor. However, situations as the mechnism is not perfect, it doesn’t deserve due attention from the superordinate, there still exists Big Rice Bowl, inactiveness in working, all those strongly affect the development of the enterprises. Hence, this paper tries to summarize a set of stimulus mechanisms applicable to the enterprises. Based on the researches from home and abroad, and with XD company as an instance, it tries to analyze the defects of the current mechnism by making questionaires, and attempts to explore certain schemes, and finds solutions aiming at the problems. And thus estabilsing a set of stimulus mechanisms applicable to XD company.According to Marslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, by references, questionaires and talks from XD company, this paper tries to know basically about the company, its employers, and the hierarchy of needs, raises problems concerning the mechanism. Beased on the findings of the questionaires, samplings, and finally analyzes their corresponding bias towards the needs from those who have different posts and ages in the company, and further ascertain their needs from different hierarchies. Finally the conclusion is to build up stimulus mechanism catering to different needs of the XD company. The paper tires to explore from three hereunder aspects, namely, physiological safety needs, social interaction needs, and needs showing respect to self-worth, and build up a brand-new stimulus management scheme, providing solutions for the practical improvement of the stimulus mechanism.
